• Friday, July 19 – online entries due at normal rate

• Friday, July 26 – online entries due at double the normal rate

• Monday, July 29 – LAST POSSIBLE day to make entries.  Double the normal rate + $50.

• Weekend of August 23-25 - pen set up for those wanting to pick their pens and/or stalls

• Wednesday, August 28 – 12 noon-7 pm - cattle stall assignments 

• Thursday, August 29 – 

• 9 am – 9 pm - Animals may arrive (must be on the grounds by 9 pm!)

• Friday, August 30 – 

• 10 am – Exhibitor meeting followed by check in of all animals.  Breed sift, purebred paper checks, declare weights, etc.

• 5 pm – Kick Ball game for exhibitors in center ring

• 7 pm – Social.  

• Saturday, August 31 – 

• 8 am – Swine Showmanship, short break followed by prospects, then breeding gilts

• 9 am – Goat showmanship followed by Lamb Showmanship

•  Short break, followed by prospect lambs then breeding ewes

• 10 am – Cattle showmanship 

• Then prospect calves followed by breeding heifers

• Short Break

• Prospect goats followed by breeding does

***Animals are released as they are done showing, however, all breeding females & market animals that are in the top 2 of their breed/division MUST stay for the Grand Drive Sunday evening***

• Sunday, September 1 – 

• 8 am – Market Hog show 

• 9 am – Market Lamb Show

• 10 am – Market Steer Show, followed by Market Goat show *may move goat show to center ring following market lamb show*

• Grand Champion Drive for all breeding females & market animals will begin approximately 2 hours after the last show ring has completed their show.
